Powerful and robust overlap welding machine for heavy-duty plastic tarpaulins and roof sheeting
The Forplast automatic hot air welding machine has a powerful drive motor and very compact housing, making it suitable for heavy-duty tarpaulins and sheeting. Roof sheeting ca be effciently welded to uneven surfaces due to the 3-point surface contact of the housing.
The heating capacity of 3.300 W, 230 V AC is infinitely variable up to 650 °C with infinite speed variation to suit different welding materials.
The holding-down unit on the side of housing prevents tarpaulin distortion.
The machine starts automatically when the welding head is movend into position an dproduces 45 mm wide overlap welds.
