The efficient and manoeuvrable automatic hort air welding machine for truck tarpaulin processors
The Forplast-P automatic welding machine is a powerful tool for welding truck tarpaulins, tents and awning materials. It produces overlap welds for either 20 or 45 mm and can also be supplied as a converted to an automatic welding machine for webbing tapes on request.
The heating capaxity of 3.300 W, 230 V AC is electronically variable between 20 and 700 °C to suit various materials.
The automatic welding machine starts automatically when the welding head is moved into position.
An additional cold setting cools the blower after use without having to alter the preset temperature.
Variable speed from 0-19 m/min. ensures an optimum welding result. 3-point surface ontact of the machine ensures that pressure is evenly distributed over the tarpaulin.

Webbing tapes: 3 - 4 m/min
Lattice foils: 10 - 12 m/min
